Technical drawings and project estimates are stored securely on access-controlled servers and utilized strictly for the engineering, manufacturing, and shipping of ordered shading assemblies. All estimates, CAD submittals, and factory orders processed by Ventoblind are subject to our standard international commercial supply terms. Formal quotations remain valid for 45 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing. Custom manufacturing commences solely upon client sign-off on confirmed opening measurements, motor wiring specifications, and fabric lot approvals. Because all architectural shading assemblies are fabricated to bespoke project dimensions, cancellations or alterations cannot be accepted once fabric laser-cutting has initiated. Ventoblind warrants motorized hardware and automated tubular motors for a period of five (5) years from shipment date, and architectural textiles for three (3) years against premature UV degradation under standard interior operational conditions.
